Five ways in — pick the one that sounds like you

Some people want an introduction and nothing more. Others want the whole back office run for them. Both are fine, and you can move between them. If you're not sure which you need, the first one is the door.

  • You run a business

    Help my business grow

Funding, factoring, a payroll route that works, workers found, the back office taken off your desk — or all of it. Start here if you know something needs fixing but not which thing.

  • You've got people to pay

    Pay my people

Outsourced PAYE, managed bureau, CIS, healthcare routes, or an Irish route for EU placements. You send the money once; we do the rest.

  • Cashflow is the problem

    Fund and run it

Invoice finance so the wage run is covered while clients take their sixty days, plus timesheets, invoicing and credit control if you want the back office off your desk.

  • You're a contractor

    Find me work

We introduce you to agencies that genuinely place in your trade and your region — not a list of everyone we know, a shortlist of two or three. Then we sort out how you'll be paid, because the two decisions are connected.

  • You need people

    Find me people

Contractors on site, on the ward or on the project. We introduce vetted agencies by sector and region, or run the hiring for you if you'd rather not build a function.

What we do

Three things a contract workforce needs

Six service lines, grouped into the three problems they actually solve. Delivered by partners we have already checked, or built in-house. Take one or take all of them — there's no bundle and no obligation.

01

Finding people

The workers, and the clients who need them. Both sides of the placement.

Recruitment & contractor sourcing

We find self-employed contractors in our sectors and connect them with the agencies and businesses that need them.

Talk about hiring

Lead generation

AI agents trained on your industry, finding and qualifying the clients you actually want — handed over enriched and ready to call.

02

Paying people

Every route, UK and European. You send the money once; we pay everyone out.

Payroll — every method

Outsourced PAYE under our reference or a managed bureau under yours, with CIS, healthcare and direct routes alongside both.

Compare every route

Ireland & Europe

The same service, for contractors placed outside the UK. Most UK payroll companies simply cannot pay them — we hold an Irish route built for exactly that.

See the European routes

03

Running the business

The cash to make the wage run, and the admin behind it.

Funding & factoring

Your client wants sixty days. Your contractors want paying Friday. We source across the whole market, so the comparison is real rather than one lender's shop window.

Back office

Timesheets, invoicing, credit control and compliance — run for you, so your people can sell instead of chase.

Payroll, plainly

Every route we can arrange, and who each one suits

Every route is assessed and matched — we are not selling a preferred product. Two core models settle the important question, whose name the payroll runs under, and the specialist routes sit alongside them. In all of them you send the money once, and the provider does everything downstream.

The two core models, and the one question that separates them: whose PAYE reference does the money run under?
  • Outsourced PAYE

    2. ProviderLegal employer
    3. Workers
    Employment risk
Theirs. Tribunal exposure, holiday pay disputes and AWR parity sit with the provider.
    Usually suits
Businesses that want the headcount and the risk off their balance sheet.
  • Payroll bureau

    your reference

    1. YouLegal employer
    2. Provider
    3. Workers
    Employment risk
Yours. The administration moves; the legal responsibility does not.
    Usually suits
Businesses that want to stay the employer but stop running payroll.

The payroll routes we connect you to include, but are not limited to, outsourced PAYE, payroll bureau, PAYE umbrella, limited company, sole trader, CIS, healthcare and direct PAYE routes, and accounting introductions for self-employed contractors.

Contractors work everywhere, so do we

A groundworker in Kent, a locum radiographer in Leeds and a cloud engineer in Manchester have almost nothing in common except that they contract. Different agencies, different tickets, different payroll rules — and we cover all of it. The partners change by sector; the process does not.

The United Kingdom is the core market: every sector, every payroll route and the full back office. For placements in the EU, an Irish paying entity pays contractors under Irish PAYE, and European managed payroll and Employer of Record partners employ people in the country the work is done. International and relocation work runs into the USA and the UAE.

Questions

The things people ask before they ring

Nothing. We are paid by the partners we introduce you to, not by you. That is also why we will tell you when we do not have a good answer — there is no fee riding on you saying yes.

No. We are an independent advisory that introduces you to the right agency for your sector, and arranges the business services behind it. Where a business has no hiring function at all, we can run the recruitment for them.

Yes, and it is one of the things we are asked for most. UK payroll companies generally cannot pay a contractor working in the EU. We hold an Irish route built for exactly that, alongside European payroll and Employer of Record.

Compliance record, transparent pricing, sector experience and how they actually behave when something goes wrong. If a partner stops meeting that standard we stop introducing them.

No. We give you the information and the introductions; regulated advice comes from the regulated partner you choose to engage.

Fifteen minutes will tell you where you stand

Whether you're a contractor after your next job, an agency placing across Europe, or a business that needs people found, paid and funded — start with a conversation. It costs nothing and we'll tell you honestly if we can't help. No form to fill in first.
